  • Group Classes are the CrossFit approach to community fitness.
  • Hybrid Training Personal Training alternated with Group Classes.
  • CrossFit Kids Classes (3-18 yr old)
  • Babysitting M-F (430-630pm)


Class Descriptions: 

PERSONAL TRAINING If you’re looking for a higher level of instruction and accountability to ensure you get set on your fitness path before you transition into group classes, then personal training may be right for you. Contact here for pricing and availability. 

If you are new to CrossFit, then this is the route for you! Personal training sets you up for safe-success by training you for mastery of the 9 fundamental movements required for CrossFit (and for being a fully-functional human being)!  By mastering proper body mechanics, you will not only move better, but you will be able to move while safely carrying added weight. When you’ve finished this class, you will be ready to join in on the fun of our regular group classes.

GROUP CLASSES Group classes are readily available throughout the week. Classes are fun, challenging and finish up in 60 minutes or less. If you still don’t understand what it is that makes CrossFit so contagious, a few weeks of group classes will have you hooked.

HYBRID | TRAINING The HYBRID training program is a combination of group classes and personal training. HYBRID athletes engage in periodic personal training sessions and training plans designed to assist you in achieving your specific fitness and lifestyle goals. Training plans are established in advance of every session.  We’ll help you establish a plan, and empower you with the tools you need for success!

CROSSFIT KIDS (3-18 yrs old) Our goal is simple; Teach kids functional fitness while having an absolute blast! CrossFit kids will help your child establish a solid foundation for a lifetime of health and fitness.
