Your first step is to call or email us to set up your free, introductory session. This allows us the opportunity to meet so you can find out firsthand what we have to offer. Then, when you decide to get started, your next step is to choose one of the start up methods below.
During your start-up, you will receive one-on-one training to minimize distractions and maximize your experience. Throughout the course, you will master the 9 fundamental movements necessary to move safely and effectively in the CrossFit Gym and throughout your life! Building your muscle memory on these 9 basic functional movements will ensure that your transition into the group workouts is seamless and natural.
