100 Barbell Deadlift (Partner holds in farmers carry position: DBx2, KBx2, or sandbag)
200 Barbell Push Press (45/35), (Partner holds in farmers carry position: DBx2, KBx2, or sandbag)
100 DBx1 Snatch (50/35), (Partner holds in farmers carry position: DBx2, KBx2, or sandbag)
*Partners can switch off anytime, but before any work happens DB,KB or sandbag must be in hold position
