200 KB swing
3200m of Run/Row/Ski
200 wall ball
6min plank hold
200 box jump overs
RX+= 200 HSPU and 70 Ring MU
One person can work at a time. Split reps however you want. this is not a chipper, so you may change movements when every you would like.
*For the 3200m, pick one of the Run/Row/Ski and stay with it for the WOD. Each partner can pick.
