At the beginning of each round you will start with Snatches and Mt climber. Round 1 do 4 snatch +4 mt climbers.Round 2 do 6 snatch 6mt climbers and so on. 2 ways to finish this WOD
1= finish all 300 cals
2= when you can not finish the snatches and MT climbers in the 3 min.
