1: Deadlift (Deload week – 5 reps @ 40/50/60%)

warm up with 3 sets at 30%, 5 reps each. Record only the last set, no max reps. This is the Wendler 531 model. This is week 4, deload week so its light. Next week starts a new cycle with heavier maxes (add 5-10# each lift to max regardless of testing).
