Min 2- 9 Wall Ball

Min 3- 8 Burpee + 3 power clean (135/95)
use any weight for the step ups. If you don’t have a med ball you can do Thrusters with any weight or even air squats. If you dont have a bar use a KB or a DB for the Power clean.
