Min2: 5 Chin Ups

2: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Death by: Ass. Bike and Sit-ups

Min1: 1 Cal + 2 sit ups

Min2: 2 Cal + 4 sit ups

Min3: 3 Cal + 6 sit ups
……And so on……… until athlete can not finish the min.
